to stop giving out methadone and drug replacements in public places i.e doctors surgeries/pharmacies.

Vulnerable people are being put at risk by sharing facilities while drug attics wait for their treatments.

There is no on site security in pharmacies to protect the public from violent outbursts when they arise.
