Current devolved administration not leading the country
No transparency as to where Brexit and Covid monies from Westminster are (going or not)
Pass blame for their inefficiencies to Westminster
Remove Union Flag from all public buildings and replace with eu flag surely illegal
Refusal to accept the will of the people from 2 referendums

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Under existing legislation, the devolved Parliaments cannot be abolished except if the people of the devolved nations vote to do so in a referendum. This would therefore be a decision for the people of Scotland.

You could start a new petition calling for a referendum on returning devolved powers from the Scottish Parliament to the UK Government, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
