Change the legislation on buying or selling a property
The goverment should change legislation with regards to house purchasing and house selling That when a bid is accepted on a property that should become legally binding after 14 days And if one of the parties should take their property off the market they should pay any costs incured to the otherside
The reason is the financial loss to the buyer or seller through no fault of there own
