Boycott The Chinese Government over persecution of Uyghurs in Xinxiang

Petition Details

The UK Government should convene with world leaders in the UN, NATO, G7 and the EU to enforce a united trade embargo on Chinese goods and pressure British businesses to stop outsourcing to China until evidence that the persecution of Uyghurs has come to an end.

Additional Information

As of 2018, 12.4% of global trade ran through China, with the ONS reporting that 13.4% of British imports in the second quarter of 2020 came from China. This has to stop.
