Referendum in Wales, England and Northern Ireland to decide if Scotland should remain in the Union
If the voters of Scotland decide in the 2014 referendum that Scotland should remain in the United Kingdom then the UK Government should legislate to give the people of Wales, England and Northern Ireland a vote in a second referendum on whether they want Scotland to remain in the Union.
