Increase our safety in Private Hire industry.
TFL and Private Hire operators must increase safety for drivers from Private Hire industry.
We are not safe, we are exposed at risk getting customers with fake accounts into our Private Hire vehicles.
Very easy anyone to create a fake account and use fake credit cards and details.
Basically we are not safe

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Licensing of taxis and private hire vehicles in London is a matter for the London Assembly and the London Mayor.

We could accept a petition calling for changes to the framework for licensing taxis and private hire vehicles in England, but it would need to be clear what changes you want the Government to make to current licensing rules.
