We would like you to raise the penalty of dog Theft
We would like the penalty of pet theft to be increased, The kidnapper of your extended member of family (your pet) should be seriously prosecuted. The current punishment does not justify the heart ache of the crime.
We would like the government to take action on this because during the global pandemic the theft of pets have significantly Increased
