Make wearing a helmet whilst biking for under 16 compulsory

Additional Information

My son has recently started secondary school and bikes with his friends, most of which will not wear a helmet because its not 'cool', please make it compulsory so we can keep our children safe on our roads. Then the only thing our children will be worried about is who has the 'coolest' helmet !
