Petition Action

Fund FREE Covid-19 travel testing package through the Test to Release Scheme

Petition Details

This is an urgent message that needs to reach the UK government as the British nationals are facing a huge crisis on arrival, in their country.
The UK government needs to fund free Covid19 testing package for passengers travelling from an international country Or REMOVE the travel testing package

Additional Information

Currently, passengers arriving in the UK are required to pay £210 for travel testing package and have to quarantine for 10 days at an accommodation. The rule of 10 days quarantine is absolutely fine. But, why should the passengers pay £210 for Coronavirus testing on arrival in their own country. When in average the coronavirus testing only cost around £50 on average. Is the UK running out of money after Brexit? REMOVE this rule of make the testing FREE.
