Stop the use of SMART Motorways
The Minister of Transport to stop any further SMART Motorways from going ahead, also make and order to revert the areas on all existing motorways already converted, back to the original hard shoulder area designated in the design. Then scrap the whole idea of SMART Motorways now and in the future
Because they are a danger to all motorway users, they have led to a number of deaths, so much so that officials have questioned the use of such schemes that could be a criminal offence
