Enable driving theory tests to be held online.
Hold driving theory tests online instead of forcing people to go through the abysmal current system, for which many learners have had there theory tests cancelled many times over. Mine has been cancelled 3 times now and is causing a major blacklog and headache for everyone involved.
It is stopping learners from progressing, when this is such a simple thing to do, put the theory test online. Teaching and exams at schools have gone online - why can't the theory test do the same.
