Make spaying and neutering of domestic cats compulsary.
I want the government to make the spaying and neutering of domestic cats compulsary.
The reason I want the government to do this is because the shelters are overflowing with unwanted cats and Kittens. Also there are to many cats on the streets struggling to survive. These poor animals don't deserve to suffer pregnancy after pregnancy. Spaying and neutering is the sensible and right thing to do.
