Increase the £30,000 tax free sum for redundancy payments annually by RPI

Additional Information

Increase the £30,000 tax free sum for redundancy/loss of office by the RPI/CPI annually. This should be done also retrospectively to its date of introduction in order to raise it to today's correct value. I have been in people management for 25 years and it has always remained static at £30,000 throughout that time.
