Require post-1960 light aircraft be fitted with silencers or mufflers

Petition Details

Make it compulsory for light aircraft built after 1960 to have silencers or mufflers fitted on their engines in order to be able to be flown.

Additional Information

These recreational aircraft blight our lives by continuously flying and doing aerobatics on a nice day, all day.
