Issue passport to people who have 2 doses of vaccine to allow people to travel.
Issue passport to people who have 2 doses of vaccine to allow people to travel, both nationally and internationally. It should be carefully monitored and only people who have it via NHS should be eligible to stop people 'buying' the vaccine for the sake of the passport.
This will
1. Encourage people to take the vaccine specially BAME community
2. Save the airline and tourism industry
3. Revive the economy
4. Generate confidence in people to exercise and stay healthy
