Resume driving lessons from 29th March for those with test w/c 12th April
Allow driving instructors to start delivering lessons from the 29th March for students who have a driving test from the 12th April. This is what happened in July 2020, where lessons were allowed weeks before tests started again.
Students have tests on that week who have potentially not had driving lessons for over 4 months, so need priority practise to make sure they are ready to take their test.
