- There must be a BAN on ALL ANTI-DRUG PROPAGANDA.

- Opinion and incorrect information on illicit substances is being presented as truth and fact.

- References to drugs in the media must be presented objectively, truthfully and based on evidence collected by the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, or a similar unbiased government body.
