Investigate the Government's utility of offshore IT companies during furlough.
It is evident the Government (including HMRC) is enabling offshoring of technology-related work that can be done by UK-based furloughed resources.
Evaluate the current situation and subsequent cost-benefit of insourcing with potential to mandate utilisation of furloughed graduates/resources first.
Consider supporting our own economy in stretched economic times. Also look to benefitting the mental health of the younger generation (future voters) and those on furlough by enabling them to buy their own homes.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not exactly sure what action you'd like the Government or Parliament to take.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
