Include January intake university students in the pool for Post-Study work Visa.
Review the requirements for the Post-Study work Visa to include students from the January 2020 intake.
A lot of students that started their course in January 2020 have been in the U.K. over the academic year in hopes of being eligible for the post-study work visa. With their student Visa ending in May 2021, a lot of these students have been unable to find job vacancies due to the impact of COVID-19.
