That the Hunting Act is NOT repealed by the current Government
Surveys have NEVER shown a majority of the British public in favour of Fox Hunting, the Conservatives were the only main party to promise to repeal the Hunting Act before the last election - they received neither half of the seats NOR half of the votes in the last election - they have NO mandate to repeal the Hunting Act druing this Parliament
My local MP, Robert Syms (Con) in Poole, represents an almost entirely urban constituency and yet assures me he will vote for repeal of the Hunting Act when he has the opportunity
He has no democratic mandate to vote this way on behalf of the people of Poole
