Change the UK’s policies towards cannabis for medicinal and recreational use
A debate needs to be conducted within parliament to discuss the negatives and positives of cannabis. cannabis may have negative impacts, which come from unregulated products, there is evidence to suggest that there are health benefits. Change is inevitable!
29.6% of people in England and Wales ages of 16 to 59 admitted to using cannabis at least once in there lifetime. With strict regulations on the legalisation eg. strict growing rules, age of 25 (when the brain is fully developed), government establishments, and education towards its impacts. It also has the ability to impact the economy. The global market for LEGAL cannabis is estimated around £73.8 billion. The British public is speaking all that needs to happen is for someone to take the leap!
