Vaccines for healthy adults under 50 to be directed to countries most affected.
Vaccine supplies for all non critical, non vulnerable, under 50s should be redirected to a global pool and shared with countries most affected for their vulnerable or at risk population.
The risk to the elderly and those with underlying conditions in other countries is higher than the under 50s with no underlying conditions in the UK.
