Morality code to be signed by applicant immigrants

Additional Information

Require applicant immigrants to sign a morality code to which they agree, before entering the UK, that should they be either convicted of a criminal offence or unable to find employment/housing - they will return to home country. The home country will then stamp in passports movement to UK banned.
