Increase the proposed pay rise for NHS staff
The Government should recognise the efforts, commitments and sacrifices the NHS staff have made, not only throughout this pandemic, but in their normal working lives.
A 1% pay rise is derisory.
Please sign to fight this wrong.
It is an insult to those who have worked 24 x 7 throughout the pandemic, and in more normal times, provide care and expertise that must be recognised.
The majority are incapable of dining their jobs.
