Request a reasonable pay rise that doesn't insult the key NHS staff
Debate the pay offer which has been offered and come up with a more reasonable offer that doesn't insult the hard work, dedication and commitment to the public.
It is an insult to be offered 1% rise despite what out NHS are having to do without any qualms what so ever.
