Pay a £2,500 bonus to all NHS employees.

Petition Details

The Government have paid Furlough payments of up to £2.5k a month per person to sustain people though the pandemic for over a year.

The Government have just announced a pay rise of 1% to NHS staff which barely covers inflation.

Please pay each of them a similar amount as a bonus

Additional Information

All NHS staff have been working all though the pandemic and put themselves at enormous risk by exposure to the disease, I would like to suggest that the Government pay a one-off bonus to all NHS staff to the same value as the monthly Furlough payments of £2.5k

This would demonstrate to the NHS the high regard we all hold them in and give some appreciation to them for their efforts in the last year.
