Government and MPs must pay NHS and Health Care Worker more. 1% not enough
To look again at the proposed increase of 1% for NHS staff. It does not recognise their work and commitment or danger of infection they faced. They should also look at extra pay for Care staff.
Because the 1% offer is poor given the work done during the pandemic. Care staff too have been exceptional in their commitment. Government needs to think again and propose a better settlement to the Pay bodies and to the private sector.
