Offer a reasonable pay rise to NHS staff
Offer a reasonable pay rise to NHS staff. This should be at least 1% more than the latest annual increase in the CPI.
NHS staff have provided incredibly good service over the past year, often at considerable personal cost. They deserve to be properly rewarded for this.
