Free driving/theory tests for cancellations and refunds for learners/ADIs/PDIs
All candidates who booked learner driving & theory tests from March 2020 which were cancelled during lockdown/tier 4 restrictions should be offered free tests. Those who already passed should be reimbursed due to the stress. Also, all ADIs/PDIs should have their registration fee reimbursed urgently.
Due to the stress caused to candidates, it is right to offer free driving & theory tests. Many Approved Driving Instructors & Potential Driving Instructors have been affected. Many have loans on driving school cars while others lease vehicles. Many instructors are not getting sufficient help from the government while unable to work.
