Give the NHS front workers an increase they deserve and much more than 1 percent
The NHS have been key to getting the Country through the pandemic including putting their lives on the line. The Country appreciates their efforts & would accept an increase in NI of 1% for the sole purpose of paying a salary increase for the NHS starting from £25,000 of income-protect low incomes
We really don’t know if the vaccine will end the pressures on our NHS and if and when the pressures are relieved they immediately have to deal with the backlog in waiting lists. We need to keep the NHS front line workers motivated and they need to be appreciated by us all. Clapping does not cover their day to day bills.
It is not right that the NHS need to even think of having to strike.
