Hold an English/Welsh Referendum on Scotland remaining in the UK
Consult the population of England and Wales about whether we should allow Scotland to continue to be a part of the UK
In 2014, Scotland held a referendum to decide if they wished to remain part of the UK. They voted to stay. Since then, we have been bombarded with 'winging' and carping on about a second referendum asking the same question. It's time to now consult with the English/Welsh population to ask whether we want them to be allowed to stay in the UK.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The decision to leave the Union would be a matter for the people of Scotland based on their consent, rather than by a decision of the people of England and Wales.
