Review the decision to only award NHS workers a 1% pay rise
To review the financial ability to award the brave focused workers a fairer pay rise, in light of what they have been through in the last year.......
Think again about the size of the pay increase, it needs to be a fairer figure, in my humble opinion 4-6% minimum is a starting point
