Give NHS workers the pay rise they deserve.
The government has proposed a 1% pay rise for our NHS workers who have gone above and beyond for our UK citizens this past year. This is an unacceptable amount and should be reviewed and increased immediately.
Our NHS workers have given their all this past year, risking their lives to treat those with covid on the frontline in an unimaginable environment. The least we can do is to give them the pay rise they deserve. The NHS needs no more hand claps - they need a real increase in wages to continue to support our invaluable National Health Service.
