Provide all NHS staff with a years tax break.
During the covid pandemic many NHS staff worked long, arduous hours wearing heavy PPE in the most horrific conditions.
They worked long shifts, many without regular breaks covering overtime shifts for their colleagues who were either dying from covid or off sick shielding.
Any extra wages they earnt were eaten up in taxes!!
Providing them all with a set tax break or at the very least a tax reduction will go someway to thank them all for their hardwork & dedication during this time.
