Make Return to School Optional
Make the return to school optional to parents and children as to whether they wish to return to school or not. Online provisions should be put in place if possible and no fines should be issued if families decide not to physically return to school.
Since some families are at risk of having severe impact from COVID-19 if they catch it and schools are a huge vector of this.
