Give NHS workers a decent pay rise.
Give our NHS workers a substantial pay rise.
These people are human not robots they cant keep working these stupid hour, for very little pay, pay is so low for some, that they have to claim benefits to get by. These people save our lives, not just covid, 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Most of them doing 16 + hour shifts, when do they get to see there families. No wonder our doctors, nurse are leaving they get better pay and better hours in the private sector. I dont think there be a NHS in 5 years time if we carry on abusing these people.
