create a fund to guarantee rent for individuals in receipt of benefits,
Make a law that protects either the landlord and people in receiving of benefit.
It is very hard, to say impossible, find a place.
If there is someone willing to rent their property, is not decent at all.
We should have the same rights like the rest of people
