Stop the steal! Halt attempts to introduce mandatory voter ID at elections
Stop legislation or other regulations mandating any form of ID requirement to vote at elections.
There is no evidence of voter fraud in the UK (or, as we have seen, the US) so introducing voter ID is spending millions on a problem that doesn't exist. Millions that could be spent, on, say, the NHS or improving the lives of marginalised groups.
There is evidence, however, that introducing ID requirements disenfranchises already marginalised groups including the BAME population. Coincidentally (?) these are the people who are less likely to vote for the current government.
Stop the steal!
