Very tough jail sentences for dog/animal thefts
Peoples pets are their family members. Make dog/animal theft carry harsher sentences. This despicable crime needs to carry harsh prison sentences.
The animals and their owners deserve much better protection in the modern day. It’s not just a pet, it’s someone’s whole life
