Petition Details

We need to ban this cruel, painful, psychologically damaging, outdated technique which is used to prevent a bird from flying.

Additional Information

This is outdated and cruel! Clipping feathers is painful and can cause profuse bleeding. The panic and frustration of not being able to fly causes psychological and behavioural problems.
