Public inquiry into sexual harassment
The Government should set up a public inquiry to consider how best to tackle sexual assault, abuse and sexism, be it through law or better education through schools and public services.
There continue to be grey areas in which sexual assault, rape and abuse continue to go unreported and normalised within our society and globally.
97% of UK women between 18 and 24 have experienced sexual harassment according to UN Women UK. This is a human rights issue that needs to be addressed. There continue to be grey areas in which sexual assault, rape and abuse continue to go unreported and normalised within our society and globally.
