All foreign students currently in U.K. benefit from two years post study permit
The new U.K. two years post study visa has been launched but to only benefit Autumn 2020 starters. Therefore students who began their studies January , 2020 would not benefit. This is unfair as the speech by the Prime Minister in 2019 states that international students would now benefit from it.
The Government should ensure that all foreign student who enrolled after the prime minister’s speech in 2019 should benefit.
