Develop a register of domestic abuse perpetrators
This would be similar to the sexual offenders register and would give an opportunity the ability to understand the extent of the problem of violence against women and give women more power.
Violence against women must be better addressed and this would offer further protection to women from harm.
This could form part of the new Domestic Abuse Bill currently going through parliament.
