Make self defence part of our Physical Education curriculum.
Valuable, life saving, martial art skills taught in our schools.
Women are scared to do the ordinary such as go outdoors after sun set, walk the dog in a woodland area during daylight or even walk to the car in the supermarket late at night.
It shouldn’t be this way and awareness needs to be raised.
This extra curriculum will give anyone attacked a fighting chance of getting away safely.
