End all non royal inherited titles such as Duke, Earl etc
Discontinue official recognition and use of non royal hereditary and courtesy titles and abolish all their legal privileges
In the modern era it is inappropriate that a small class of individuals is afforded preferential treatment and respect by being allowed to deploy honours they have not earned but simply obtained through birth. It also devalues the efforts of those granted similar honours on merit.
