PAY RISE FOR CARERS, NOT JUST THE NHS STAFF!
There is petitions to ensure that NHS staff see their wages. BUT... WHAT ABOUT US CARERS?
Literal blood, sweat and tears. Physically/ medically/emotionally present for so many vulnerable/elderly people and adapting to the rules of the pandemic ensuring we keep the most vulnerable category safe.
As a senior carer, I've worked 50-60 hour weeks with literally blood sweat and tears. Being there physically, medically and emotionally for so many vulnerable/elderly people when their families couldn't be there and we have had to adapt to all of the changes and rules of the pandemic ensuring we keep the most vulnerable category there is during COVID19 pandemic safe but we get absolutley NOTHING but a clap on a Thursday?
