Cut MPs salary to the national average wage.
Cut all MPs salary to £38,600 per annum. To boost there want to bridge the poverty gap
This would be a saving on average of £29,335,800 a year. In a time where that money could be used to bridge the gap between the rich and poor by providing services of welfare, education, and community projects. The fact that in one of the richest countries in the world we have 4.2 million children living below the poverty line is wrong. Over 8 million adults are also below the poverty line, that's 20% of the uk population.
