Ban windchimes in built up areas
To ban wind chimes in built up areas where the noise can be heard in adjacent properties.
The human rights act states 'the right to peaceful enjoyment of your property'. The anti social laws and noise act of 1996 offer protection in this regard for good reason. We are all struggling with mental health at the moment following the covid 19 pandemic, to not be able to rest or sleep due to the selfish action of people putting up wind chimes only exacerbates mental health and stress issues.
