Withdraw Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts (PCSC) Bill 2021.

Petition Details

Withdraw PCSC or all sections relating to protesting, due to suppressing and attacking the democratic rights of the British people.

Additional Information

Within PCSC allows the Home Sectary to decide without scrutiny to ban any protest falling within the definition of 'serious disruption'. Potentially banning all anti-government protests outside Parliament or the Courts.

If protestors distract one employee or disturb one by-passer the police can restrict and ban protests.
