Petition Action

Remove Part 3 of the Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill

Petition Details

Amend The Bill.

Additional Information

The Bill, specifically Part 3, is too loosely defined. It will make the Human Right to protest unviable. It also allows Government to target unsympathetic causes and silence them. This is a dangerous and unnecessary action. The Public Offences Act already covers dealing with protests.
